Darlene Wilkins, MNT Candidate
Admissions Coordinator
As our Admissions Coordinator, Darlene Wilkins embraces the grass roots movement of holistic nutrition that is sweeping the country.  She is a currently enrolled in the Master Nutrition Therapy program and is excited to help incoming students determine which classes/programs/workshops are best suited to each individual’s needs. Darlene brings to NTI twenty years of working in administration and customer service for a local law firm. When she is not working, she experiments with heirloom tomato production and therapeutic herbs.

Melodi Nelson, MNT Candidate
Administrative Manager
Melodi Nelson brings many years of customer service and small business organization to NTI. After studying at the University of Minnesota, in 1981 she joined Rising Sun Farm, an organic farm producing vegetables, fruit, poultry and Maple syrup. She has worked as president of the board of directors for OCIA (an organic certification agency), vice-president of an organic agricultural commodities export company, and as the Quality Systems manager for an agricultural testing lab.
