Holistic Nutrition is Hot

The field of holistic nutrition is strong, just as massage therapy, acupuncture and many other holistic modalities. The opportunity lies in your personal ability to create your individual path and fulfill your vision of yourself as a teacher, healer and counselor using nutrition as your area of expertise.

If you are a self-motivated entrepreneur, there is no limit to your possibilities. Many of our graduates are running private practices. If you are already practicing in the health care field as an herbalist, personal chef, personal trainer, pharmacist, acupuncturist, chiropractor, psychotherapist, massage therapist or yoga instructor, your diploma will allow you to bring tremendous extra value to your existing practice.

The independent entrepreneurial route is not the only path to pursue. Many of our graduates have pursued direct employment with health food stores and supplement companies; there is also employment at gyms, spas, and doctor’s offices

If working as an educator is more your style, opportunities exist at public and private schools, health food grocers, child care facilities, positions in recovery programs and wellness centers. Corporate wellness in nutrition is also an emerging field.

Although NTI does not guarantee job placement, we do provide courses focused on business development and practice building. These train professional presentation, networking and general skills. In addition, the Internship offers you the opportunity to experience the application of nutrition in specific workplace arenas, while opening opportunities for long-term job placement.
