Herbal Therapy Program
Our intensive six-month distance learning Herbal Therapy Program is designed to give you solid knowledge of the healing potential of Western herbs. When you graduate as a Certified Herbal Therapist, you will be proficient in both the theory and practice of an herb-based approach to health.
We offer a unique program that balances personal and professional growth in the use of plants to optimize health. We inspire students to find their own healing path by creating a personal relationship with the plant world and in turn to support health with the gifts of botanicals.
Our program combines current scientific research with centuries of traditional knowledge to provide students with a modern understanding of herbal remedies used to support health.
Program highlights:
- Each student builds a knowledge base of over 50 herbs (materia medica).
- Knowledge of materia medica is applied to hands-on herbal remedy making.
- Students learn how to access herbs by way of identification, wildcrafting and cultivation.
- In addition to applying herbal remedies to real case studies, students gain experience in the application of herbal protocols in their own personal healing.
