=”coursepreface”>The Natural Foods Chef program is held twice a year. The fall session runs from August to December and the winter session runs from January through May. Now accepting applications for fall session, 2012.
The Natural Foods Chef Program is intensive. It requires a serious commitment on the part of students. At the same time, the course schedule accommodates people who work part time or have flexible work schedules.
- Program duration is 17 weeks.
- Classes meet eighteen hours per week with an additional 80 hours of Independent Study/Internship.
- Students are expected to complete homework assignments outside of class hours.
- There are no prerequisites for this program.
